1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information if applicable. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Time
Shipping Method: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) via Air Freight. Last-mile delivery by UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD, BRT, FedEx, Canada Post, UniUni, Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, etc.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order. Transit times may vary depending on the delivery location and customs clearance procedures.
3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination
Free Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping on orders over $1000.00.
Our free shipping offer applies to the following regions: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, and most of Europe. For regions outside of this list, standard shipping rates apply.
